The Area Dossier is part of the addicta Personal plan
Pin up to 2 areas (point + radius) and get: active and new auctions in the area, those already reduced, the area’s median €/m² compared with the province, and a monthly snapshot that stays yours: the “your area over time” series, with a summary email every month. Includes the “unsold auctions only” alerts.

Export favourite auctions calendar
Sync the dates of your saved auctions with Google Calendar, Apple Calendar, Outlook or any calendar app. Updates are automatic: when you save or remove an auction, the calendar updates at the next sync.
Keep this URL private: anyone who has it can see your favourite auctions.
How to add it to your calendar
Google Calendar: in the sidebar, next to “Other calendars”, click + → From URL → paste.
Apple Calendar (Mac): menu File → New Calendar Subscription… → paste.
Apple Calendar (iPhone): Settings → Calendar → Accounts → Add Account → Other → Add Subscribed Calendar.
Outlook 365: Calendar → Add calendar → Subscribe from web → paste.
URL compromised? Regenerate it to invalidate the old one.
