How addicta works

addicta collects in real time all the court auctions published on the Ministry of Justice’s Public Sales Portal. For each auction you find the starting price, a downloadable technical appraisal report, the case details, the competent court, photos and a direct link to the official source. The data is updated automatically every 6 hours.

Today there are 21340 active auctions spread across 107 Italian provinces: residential, commercial and industrial property, land, vehicles, machinery and movable goods. The average discount on the appraisal report is 23% — but for each auction the real saving depends on the area, the type and the condition of the asset.

Taking part in a court auction can be a real opportunity, but it requires care: appraisal reports are dense with technicalities, the valuation of the asset directly affects the return on the investment, and there are deadlines and rules to follow. Read our guides to find your way through ordinary and bankruptcy procedures, bidding methods, ancillary costs and the pre-auction checklist — all in plain language.
