How categories work in court auctions
Italian court auctions are organised by the Ministry of Justice’s Public Sales Portal according to an official three-level taxonomy. The first level is the macro-category (e.g. property, movable goods, businesses), the second is the subcategory (e.g. residential property, motor vehicles and cycles) and the third is the specific type (e.g. apartment, car, garage).
On addicta you will find all 127 active categories, with counts updated in real time. Browse by category if you know what you want to buy; use the map by province instead if you prefer to explore by area, or the court index to find a specific competent court.
