La procedura fallimentare è interessata a ricevere manifestazioni di interesse per l’acquisto della totalità di beni mobili costituiti da stock di piastrelle, stock rubinetteria ed idraulica, stock sanitari e cabine doccia, stock ferramenta e stock autovetture, il tutto come meglio riportato nell’ultimo avviso di vendita del 17.05.2023 con la precisazione che, rispetto a quanto indicato in detto avviso, a causa di intervenuti furti della merce, residuano quantitativi minori che vengono posti in vendita a corpo e non a misura e come visti e piaciuti; in particolare risultano integralmente sottratti i termo arredi (ex lotto tre), le stufe a pellet, i condizionatori ed i camini (ex lotto cinque), mentre tutti gli altri lotti ivi indicati sono stati oggetto di furti parziali; si precisa altresì che fanno parte dei beni da vendere delle vernici, dei solventi e dei prodotti chimici (ex lotto sei) ormai scaduti e che pertanto dovranno essere smaltiti a cure e spese dell’aggiudicatario, fornendo alla curatela fallimentare prova di adeguato smaltimento.
