Folgaria di cui al lotto 1, sono parzialmente adibiti a parcheggio di autoveicoli. La superficie edificiale complessiva dei terreni è pari a 8924 mq (v. p. 9 della perizia). Gli immobili fanno parte del piano attuativo n. 7 del Centro Turistico di Fondo Grande nel Comune di Folgaria, che è rimasto incompiuto (v. p. 8 della perizia). Gli immobili risultano attualmente occupati in forza di un contratto di comodato dichiarato non opponibile alla procedura con l’ordinanza di vendita, che ne ha disposto la liberazione.
